Does anyone have access to GM harness schematics? Trying to find the correct harness that goes from the center console to the dash (infotainment system). Installed the center console with storage, cigarette lighters and USB ports and would like to use the factory harness without having to cut and splice. Or does anyone have access to just the plug and I can add my own pins?

Recently replaced plugs and wires in 2004 Chevy Silverado Z71. It now idles very rough almost to the point of stalling and misfiring. I found a forum somewhere that mentioned wrong plugs but now can't find it to show the hubby. Any help is appreciated! Love these forums!

Hi I have a 2015 Chev Silverado, 4.3 engine with a new engine put in 100,000km ago as oil pump went on it before. Now I have a miss on cylinder 5. I swapped coils from cylinder 5 to cylinder 1, new spark plugs put in on cylinder 5 and 3, put new spark plug wires on 1,3,&5. Got injectors all cleaned and tested. Checked and replaced the oil pressure filter on it. And still have a steady miss on cylinder 5 still, which is more apparent when the engine warms up. Did a compression test with cylinder 5 being at 130psi and cylinder 1 also being at 130psi and that was engine cold and hot . I am on a total loss of where to go now. Other than replace the engine or rip it all apart. Could use some insight PLEASE. Thanks in advance

Hey! So, I'll give you the quick history... Over the last year we've replaced 3 coil packs. It started with a miss and the dealership recommended a top engine clean and repair of an engine mount. We did that and it didn’t fix it. So they changed one of the coil packs and that did fix it. Then a few months later the miss appeared again and a different dealership replaced another coil pack, at that time at the different dealer they also changed the spark plugs for the other cylinders on that bank (1,3,5 ), the coil pack they changed was #3. Then right before Christmas another coil pack. And now it started missing again and this time I took it to dealer and they said it was the #3 and #4 coil packs. Which the #3 was just changed in July. That one is covered under the GM 2 year parts and labor warranty and at the local dealer we go to they said they didn't record which coil packs they changed before ??. But I had record from the other dealership that it was #3 for the one in July. My question is, what is causing these failures? To have the dealer fix them is like 400 each time! I'm probably going to do the fixing myself from here on if this keeps happening. I just want to understand why it's failing? Are they not gapping the plugs right? I would imagine they are checking for leaks and moisture once they are in there? I’m starting to not have any faith in them and want to understand everything better so I can be more knowledgeable and prepared for our next conversation at least.

Could someone tell me what these holes below rail of truck are for? Some of them have plugs in them, ( assume that was when new). Some have no plug, I don't see them being used for tie downs as there isn't a place to hook and sheet metal just too thin, would just bend. If the plug has been removed, then the same plug was removed across on the other side of bed. Somewhat concern about getting rock in there when I haul gravel/rock for landscaping, don't want to plug something up that might rust. There are small holes on floor bed right behind cab, assume to drain water and I doubt rock will go down them unless I load pea gravel. I do have one job for an underground drain I want to use pea gravel. My old Dodge didn't have any holes like this.
