The editors at Equipment World said of the Silverado "“Of all the trucks, the Silverado has the best ride and most planted feel, especially towing the trailers we have on the hitch,” I wrote in my test notes. “Silverado is remarkably stable when towing despite us not using a WD hitch; no trailer movement. Quietest interior of the bunch.” Not much direct mention of the engine there. What's your take on this story at Equipment World? Should they have included a Ford Ecoboost? At a glance it looks like the Ford V8 did very well, so perhaps the comparison is valid after all. Note- Image of Silverado 1500 6.2 at top of story was not the exact truck tested.
