father-in-law has a 2011 Silverado, 5.3L. previous owner swapped motors. how can we tell if the new motor is E85 compliant? we cannot get a hold of the previous owner. thanks

Hello I have a Silverado 2011 5.3L flex fuel it seems that my fuel pressure is low I went to AutoZone to get the scanner it reads: -P0174 System to lean Bank 2 -P0171 System to lean bank 1 -P0174 System to lean bank 2 -P0171 System to lean bank 1 -P0174 System to lean bank 2 -P0171 System to lean Bank 1 it seems the best fix was changing the fuel pump. i changed the fuel pump yesterday but it struggles to turn on after a few hours after it has been on for a few minutes it will turn on normally, there seems to be no way to check the pressure on this truck I checked for any leaks in the fuel lines can any one help me? -
I live in Pa. I plan to order a 2020 GMC Sierra with 5.3 liter engine with the 10 speed transmission. Although I detest ethanol fuels, I realize that ethanol is not going away, and likely the percentage of ethanol will only increase in the future. How do I order this engine that is recommended to be able to use E85 fuel, having a yellow fuel cap and states that E85 fuels are recommended.. GM company "chats " are unable to answer this question, and will not research and respond. Dealers state they don't know either ??
