  1. Hope nobody minds, but I'm going to start up a Quick Reference Guide for common parts/fluids/bulbs for the T1 HD trucks. I'll try to keep it updated if anything changes. If a mod wants to sticky it, I'm down for that too. 2. Hi there, I just put an AFE Power Momentum HD cold air intake on my 2020 Sierra 2500 AT4 and since I did that I have a pop-up that says "Check Engine Air Filter System" every time that I start the truck. When I scroll on the info page to "Air Filter Life" option it says "Check System". Does anyone know how to disable the filter life so that I do not receive these? Thanks
  3. Anyone having issues with the traction control cutting on and applying brakes? Truck is activating brakes & traction control system when turning left. Also, sporadically applying brakes and displays “hill start active” when not on hills. Dealer is waiting on GMs direction- speed sensors, wheel hubs, etc
  4. Anyone have any issues with Steering Column noise- “Service Steering Column Lock”. Traction Control seems to be acting up with left turns, could be related, not sure
  5. 2020 2500 Duramax. Is anyone else having problems with their trailer lights? I’m having problems with the lights on all but one of my three trailers. Left turn signal and brake is not working. Took it to the dealer and they gave me some bs about how the truck can’t run led lights or more than 10 amps and blew me off. So essentially my brand new truck I bought for towing can’t tow a trailer with more than two tail lights. One of the two it isn’t working on is led and one is not and it runs the led lights just fine, just not the left turn or brake on both.
  6. Don’t know the rules and regulations round here, just looking to swap anyone for a center console on a 2500hd 2020 for my leather jump seat with storage. email [email protected] thanks Z
  7. I just bought my 2020 Denali and when I was parking it last night I noticed the lights on the mirrors didn't come on when I put it in reverse. The manual doesn't help much. I looked at some other forums and diodes get brought up a lot on the older models. I am hoping it's just a settings issue that I am overlooking. Any input would be appreciated.
  8. Trying to find out if I can fit the stock wheels and tires from a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali 2500hd on my 2016 GMC Sierra 2500hd with stock suspension. I know the bolt pattern is the same and based on what I have seen on the forums the 275/60R20 tire will fit with stock 2016 wheels without rubbing but I'm concerned the slight difference in offset from 44mm on the 2016 wheels to the 47mm on the 2020 wheels will be an issue. Has anyone tried this yet?
  9. Anyone having issues with their steering column? Posting a video, I’ve gotten the service steering column lock a couple of times and the dealer says it’s only a stored code for “loss of communication” so they don’t really know how to diagnose. The steering lock or gear shift column lock is randomly engaging- doesn’t do it all the time unable to upload vid for some reason
  10. I recently purchased a new 2020 2500HD LT Z71 from the dealer with aftermarket 5” suspension lift and 37” tires. I decided to replace the halogen bulbs with aftermarket LED bulbs that work great, but I blind everyone I pass. I tried calling the dealer to inquire about headlamp adjustment, but they told me to contact the place who lifted the truck. That place said they had never received a call like that and headlight adjustment wasn’t a part of the lift kit. I was inclined to adjust on my own, but it seems the standard headlight adjustment screw doesn’t exist on the 2020 2500HD. Has anyone with left/level been successful at adjusting the headlamps? I got pulled over yesterday and the police officer said he would cite me if I didn’t get them adjusted...

  12. I’ve been hearing some noise from the steering column when first getting in and turning etc. I thought a message was popping up but could never quite catch it. Today it popped up and said “Service Steering Column Lock” My traction control light keeps popping up and the truck is acting as though it’s losing traction (can feel it in the pedals) when turning left at times. Don’t know if the two are related.
