I just purchased and am awaiting delivery of a 2020 Silverado RST with the 5.3L V8. I am asking the dealer to in stall the Lift Suspension Upgrade System for 4WD Vehicles Part No. 84768243. What I can't seem to get an answer from the dealer is will this kit level the truck as well as lift it. I stopped by a local shop and he thinks it's just going to lift it, not lift and level. Has anyone had this kit installed by the dealer and what the final outcome is?

Anyone found a hood latch assembly to replace the cheesy stock one? Years and years of something GM has never done right and this one is flimsy and needs to be jostled just to get into the engine bay.

Hey all, I have looked and looked for more clear instructions on how to program a second key fob for my 2020 Silverado (dealership lost 2nd set). I live 8 hours from where I bought the truck and the dealership I bought it from would need the truck to program it. I am trying to do it myself. I have followed this guide but still no luck. The youtube video that is out for it is if you are programming a key fob without already having one programmed. It wasn't much help for me. Any GM Mechanics have a quick write up they can copy and paste would be appreciated. These are the two things that haven't been enough help for me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=228&v=TUGuBOYIGr4&feature=emb_logo https://www.programyourremote.com/classified/2020-gmc-sierra-keyless-entry-remote-fob-smart-key-programming-instructions-listing-9870.aspx Thanks in advance

Good morning. Soon to be new Silverado owner here. I need some opinions please. I’m a compact car driving kind of guy. I haven’t owned anything remotely close in size to the new Silverado in the last 20 years. But. I took one for a several hour road test by myself on suggesting by the sales guy. And I absolutely fell in love with it. The shear size and driving dynamics will take a bit of getting used to. But. The view and lack of noise in the spacious cabin was stunning. And the power compared to my little Corolla was mind blowing. Here’s where the problem is. I test drove a 5.3 and a 6.2. Both equipped the same. 1500 Crew Cab short box LTZ 4 wheel drive Z-71. Both engines have plenty of power. Especially compared to my current ride. But. I absolutely love the 6.2. I’m leaning towards the big v8. I don’t tow anything that heavy to really need it. I’m fine with paying extra for premium fuel each fill up. I know the 6.2 is overkill for what I will use the truck for. With all that I have written so far. Am I crazy for wanting to buy the 6.2 because it’s more powerful and you get the 10 speed automatic with it? Or should I just get a 5.3 LTZ?

Has anyone found a good cellphone mount/holder for the 2020 Silverado 1500 dash to use for navigation?
