My vehicle is a 2019 Silverado Trailboss it has 4700 miles on it and I have owned it for 2 months After spending the day hunting. I return to my truck hit the starter button and the motor sounded like it was turning over backwards. I took my finger off the starter button and the starter stayed engaged I hit the start button a few times and it stop and the truck didn’t start and was not running. I tried starting the truck again and it did the same thing. I pushed the on star assist button it put me on hold. Said to use my app. I did this and it told me to call on star. So I called my salesman who gave me the road side assist number which said it was after business hours and I need to us the app so after an hour I finally made contact. On star Rep said he would text me when the tow truck was on the way. 1 hour later rep tells me it’s going to be 2 and a half hours before tow services comes and gets the truck. (Keep in mind it’s now 830 pm Thank god my son was around to help me with my deer I shot and was able to take me to my girlfriends work so I could get a ride home.) Rep calls me back and tells me now no one is answering at the tow service. I told them they could just go get the truck in the morning. Unreal have to drive 200 miles round trip to work on monday and my truck is not even been picked up yet.
