      Depending on the state, lemon law may apply.  If a vehicle is out of service 30+ days during warranty period you may have a claim.  Do some research, if needed serve notice of your intent to the dealer.  Insane that so many people are left without a vehicle for unreasonable amounts of time. That's a failure on GM, and the customer is left hanging.  Especially with HD trucks, many make a living using these vehicles and can't afford to be without for extended periods.

      I hadn't seen that video. I worked in that plant as an apprentice in the mid 80s during the end of B Body production & the start of W cars. Then from '88 to '97, Luminas, Monte Carlos, 6000s, Regals & Centurys. The Body Shop in the previous Truck Plant (further south on Park Road) was similar. 'Marriage' was automated back then, but no robots were involved.   A question for you body guys, seeing as the front end sheet metal is more integrated w/ the cab structure (reminds me of the unibody cars) is the 'inner fender' & rad support readily serviced or not?

      When you do get a DC to DC converter again, get the Victron Orion XS 50A. You will need to run heavier wires though. I know you had the 30A before but the Orion XS is so superior in many ways when you want to charge lithium. I have 560AH of lithium in my trailer.

      There are splitter harnesses so you can have 2 things plugged into the OBDII port. I am using one with a Range AFM Disable as well as an OBDII reader to monitor different engine functions. Here is one similar to mine.   https://a.co/d/9oe2Eao   They also have some that do not have cords and are direct plugins. You just have to figure out if you need the B30 or the B31 depending on the orientation of the OBDII connector.   https://a.co/d/e2xyY48
