Captured through the lens of our spy photographer, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade V has emerged, crisp and clear, in a series of revealing new photographs. These images offer a real glimpse into Cadillac’s substantial update, blending the high-tech flair of the Escalade IQ with the robust features of its ICE predecessors.
From the revamped grille that breathes new life into its facade to the sophisticated LED taillights that add a modern twist to the rear, these spy photos show exactly what the future 2025 Escalade will look like.
As we reported last year, the leap in luxury inside is unmistakable, with sprawling infotainment screens that promise a new level of in-cabin experience. A pillar-to-pillar infotainment screen is the main focal point of the interior, just as we promised.
This sneak peek into the 2025 Escalade V not only showcases its aesthetic evolution but also hints at the future of Cadillac luxury SUVs.
Our Spy Photographer Reports:
We just caught the 2025 Cadillac Escalade V completely undisguised—squeaky clean and fully badged—revealing all of the changes in store for its extensive mid-cycle facelift.
The Escalade’s new face combines the modern lighting from the electric Escalade IQ with a revised version of the ICE Escalade’s traditional, deep-breathing mesh grille-work. In this case, all of that cooling air is feeding the V SUV’s supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine. The result deftly creates a cohesive family look for the ICE and EV Escalades, despite their wildly divergent modes of power delivery.
The rear-end changes are less-extensive, with the updated Escalade retaining the overall shape and placement of the current model’s tail-lights, eliminating the need for sheetmetal changes. All of the updates are found within the tail-light clusters themselves, with all-new LED elements that give the rear lighting a more modern, vibrant look.
The updated ICE Escalade shares another key element with the electrified IQ variant—its interior. This undisguised prototype was also running with a completely uncovered interior, allowing us to see the same pillar-to-pillar, full-width infotainment screens found in the Escalade IQ (and the hand-built Celestiq flagship EV). That means a 35-inch screen for the driver’s instrumentation and center stack, and another 25-inch screen for the front-seat passenger. Those opting for the traditionally-powered Escalades won’t be penalized from an infotainment perspective.
Like the IQ, the new ICE Escalades will also get available 24-inch wheels, and they’re seen here uncovered for the first time. The wheels pictured here look to be specific to the Escalade V trim, as we can see a very subtle V graphic adorning the outer edge of one the spokes. A close-up of the tire reveals 285/40ZR24 Bridgestone Alenza A/S 02s wrapping the big wheels.
We’re told to expect production of the refreshed 2025 Escalade in the second-half of this year, with its official debut likely not too far off—given this showroom-ready example caught sneaking out onto public roads.
