The 2022 Cadillac XT6 is on the receiving end of a few minor changes for the new model year. We take a look at what’s no longer offered, what’s added, and what Cadillac has changed for 2022.
Like its smaller sibling the XT5, the XT6 will get one big meaningful addition to the Sport models in the new model year. Brembo Brakes. With the addition of the upgraded brakes on the XT6, it looks like the high-performance option could be the new standard going forward.

- Exterior color (GCK) Rosewood Metallic (available at extra charge)
- (B37) Floor mats, color-keyed, all rows
- (RUK) 21″ Multi-Spoke alloy wheels with Diamond Cut/Dark Android painted pockets (available on Sport only)
- (J56) Front Brembo brakes. Front and rear Red painted calipers (standard on Sport only)
Package & Feature Changes On The 2022 Cadillac XT6
- Leatherette seats changed to Inteluxe seats
- (JSE) Platinum Package leather-wrapped steering wheel changes from Turin leather to Modena leather
- (PDT) Onyx Package, LPO is now RPO Code (PDB)
- (RIB) All-weather floor liners, 1st, 2nd and 3rd rows, LPO replaced with (RIA) All-weather floor liners, LPO (which now includes all 3 rows)
- (UKC) Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert now standard on Luxury
- (UFG) Rear Cross Traffic Alert now standard on Luxury
- (RPW) 21″ 12-Split Spoke alloy wheels with Diamond Cut/Android finish now available on Premium Luxury (requires [JSE] Platinum Package; not available at start of production); no longer available on Sport
- (JL9) 4-wheel antilock, 4-wheel vented disc brakes no longer available on Sport (replaced with standard [J56] Front Brembo brakes)
