Here’s the highlights of what Chevy’s changed in this new model year

  • Shadow Grey and Cajun Red are replaced by Mosaic Black and Cherry Red
  • The 40/20/40 split front seat has been discontinued
  • RQ9 20-inch wheels have been replaced by three new 20 inch wheel options
  • New inside rear view mirror with partial video display
  • Bed View Camera will show in rear view mirror
  • Technology package no longer includes bed camera or two trailer camera provisions
  • No increase in power for both gas and Duramax diesel engine options
  • Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay Projection

2021 Silverado HD Deletions

2021 Silverado HD Changes

Every model year Chevrolet makes small changes to certain options, features, and package groups. Here’s what’s changed in the 2021 Silverado HD from last year.

  • (AE7) Front 40/20/40 split-bench with upper covered armrest storage is now standard on Work Truck (1WT) and Custom (1CX)
  • (MCZ) USB ports now standard on Work Truck (1WT) and Custom (1CX) trim levels
  • (QT5) Tailgate is now standard on LT (1LT) trim level
  • (PCN) LTZ Convenience Package II now includes (UVN) Bed View Camera, (UVS) HD Surround Vision with Two Trailer View Camera Provisions
  • (CWM) Technology Package no longer includes (UVN) Bed View Camera, (UVS) HD Surround Vision with Two Trailer View Camera Provisions
  • (U2K) SiriusXM Radio is now available on Work Truck (1WT) and standard on LT (1LT)
