Replaced In-cabin Air Filter In My 99 Silverado

Recommended Posts

Aw man, that's nothing! When I replaced mine for the first time a year ago, it filled up a whole rubber floor mat with dust, dirt, leaves and pine needles. :P

And to be honest, I didn't notice a difference once all that crap was gone...

I have replaced these in my Suburban, and didn't notice much of a difference - GMs blower motors move air. In other cars - huge difference - not nearly enough extra blower capacity. At least it should keep the air a little cleaner.

Did they discontinue them for the 2003 + models? I cant find one and I would like to replace/ recondition my HVAC system. Any ideas?
