In bed Transfer fuel tank

Recommended Posts

I am looking for advice/suggestions on a tank for refueling equipment out of the bed of my Sierra 1500. So far I've found the Transfer Flow 40 GAL with 12 volt transfer pump. It's listed on Tractor Supply for $1099.00 Have you guys found anything comparable to this that will fit under a tonneau cover for around the same money or cheaper? post-121532-0-28651800-1489941763.jpg

RDS makes some killer in bed tanks. A lot of the lower profile ones are only auxiliary though, but if you could figure out how to get a pump to work would give you a lot more options. Personally I am in the hunt for an under bed or under tool box transfer tank. My last two trucks were long beds, but went short this time and with my 28" weatherguard box and transfer tank I have barely any bed left.

Another option maybe is to replace the existing tank with a bigger one like this 57 gallon version?

At least it'll give you full use of the bed.

Technically DOT will not allow you to use your vehicle fuel tank as a transfer tank to other vehicles or equipment. I believe the OP is looking for something to fuel other equipment not extend his range.
