My 2015 Silverado 4 Inch BDS

I just installed a 4 inch BDS lift kit and absolutely love it. Here are some highlights:

- 4 inch block kit with rear Fox shocks

- 20x9 Fuel Mavericks 5.5 BS wrapped in 285/65r20 BFG KO2's

- no trimming or rubbing

- 5.3L engine with 3.08 gears

- 21 mpg b4 lift and 18 mpg post lift, both measured on highway

- fender to ground measurements b4 lift were 37 front and 39 rear; now it is 43 front and 43.75 rear

- ride quality is better than stock except at highway speeds

Very nice! What do you mean rides better except highway speeds? I was looking at a 4inch bds lift. Your truck has an awesome stance that I like.

awesome... my plan is level and 33s then in a few years when i have the money for the lift (and need tires again) to upsize to 4" and 35s.... nice job dude

Did you notice the caps weren't on your driver's side wheels.

Thanks guys. The mechanic had my truck for 2 days to complete the install and get it aligned. He charged me 8 hours for labor, which was a little over $600. The truck rides pretty smooth at any speed, but vibrates ever so slightly when I get up to 70 mph. I had the tires balanced and it helped a little bit. I think it's normal, because my buddy has a 6 inch procomp that vibrates like crazy on the interstate. All 4 plastic caps are on now. The lug nuts that came with my tire/wheel combo stuck out too far, so I couldn't get the caps on. Bought open ended lugs to solve that problem.

I've got the same lift on mine and there's no vibration at all at any speed. The only difference is the wheel/tire setup. I went with 18x9 fuel cleavers and 305/65/18 ko2's.

That little clip on the stud that's a photo of the rear fronts don't have it rears do when I did my wheels and tires I read that other members had this issue so I took it off when I upgraded to bigger tires 285/65/18 k02 and iv had no vibration and rides good common thing over looked

Sorry was very early if you jack up the truck and take off your rear wheels and you see that little clip take it off and that should solve your problem. It will be on both sides of the truck
