Two tone Silverado's?

I like the black/silver mix & GM needs to offer this. OR maybe just two tone it from painting the bottom 1/4 like Daryls combination.

My first truck was a '92 reg cab short bed, the difference was that the black went up to the red stripe above the door handle with silver across the top.

This body style doesn't lend itself to the ford style of bottom edge and fender trim... The first one kind of flows, but the other 2... Maybe it's the pocket flares and whatever they did to the doors.

I wouldn't want the two tone on my truck, but I think it looks cool.

The red and black doesn't look too bad but the retro paint with the modern crew cab/short bed isn't right. Thing would look sick as a RCSB.

Haven't used photochop in a while so it's a rough idea....Just ignore the green bumper corner, jagged lines, and... well you get the idea

Pretty cool. I think if the black bit were narrower it'd look better though.

 

Don't feel like you need to fire up Photoshop again though.

Maybe, but not sure how it would work against the headlight height. Kind of makes it a good reference point. Might have to try some different things/colors later.
