2003 Avalanche without plastic

If it wasn't for the sail on the back I'd have to give it a good look to see if it was a crew cab or an avy.  IMO they lost a lot of the uniqueness w/o the cladding.

 

I always liked the look of the cladding better.  As opposed to doing away w/ it they'd have been better off offering the cladding painted to match like on the caddy's.

Eh, still butt ugly IMO, I just don't like the look at all.  No offense to anyone but the only thing that could make it look better is a little bit of C4 explosive

You know, this is strange, guys!  I think the Av also loses much of its uniqueness w/o the cladding too!  I think a lot of us initially didn't care for the Av looks when it was introduced, now we kinda like it, or at least feel it looks odd w/o all that plastic!   ???  ???

i hate it without cladding.  It is goofy looking.  I do like the improvement, however, of the 2003 with darker plastic.  It is MUCH better looking.

Okay I changed my mind the cladding does look better, but it MUST BE PAINTED.
